1. Scope of these terms
These terms cover access to the CoinCastle website and its account workspace. The workspace brings together account records, requests, market information and support conversations. Available functions depend on your account permissions and the services enabled for you.
These terms do not establish a custody, brokerage, investment-management or payment-services agreement. Any such service requires its own expressly agreed terms, including its scope, fees and responsibilities. Creating an account or viewing a balance does not itself establish those arrangements.
2. Your account and access
Provide accurate information when creating or updating an account, and use only accounts you are authorised to access. Keep your sign-in details private, use a unique password and sign out on shared devices. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or an incorrect account record.
If you use the workspace on behalf of an organisation, you must have that organisation’s permission. Do not impersonate another person, share another person’s credentials or attempt to bypass account permissions. Support will never need your password or a wallet recovery phrase to discuss an account request.
3. Requests and account records
Review the asset, amount, destination, network where applicable, and any displayed fee or estimate before submitting a request. Some requests require review. Their recorded status and history are available in the workspace. A submitted request is not a guarantee of approval, completion time or external settlement.
A displayed balance, receiving address, transaction entry or approved status is a workspace record. It does not, by itself, verify ownership of assets on a blockchain or confirm that a bank or blockchain transfer has settled. Confirm any external service and its applicable agreement with the operator before relying on an account entry for an actual transfer.
If you believe a record is incorrect, contact support with its reference and a description of the issue. Do not repeatedly submit the same request to resolve a delay. Corrections and permitted status changes are recorded in the account’s activity history.
4. Market information
Prices, charts and changes are supplied by external market-data sources. Their source, quote currency and update or delay information are shown where available. Data may be delayed, interrupted or differ between venues and currencies; a USDT quote is not a USD quote.
Charts and account estimates are informational. They are not personal investment advice, a guaranteed executable price or a promise of profit. Historical prices do not predict future results. Any rate or fee applicable to a particular request must be checked in that request and the agreement governing the service.
5. Acceptable use
Use CoinCastle lawfully and respect the security and privacy of other users. Do not upload malicious software, submit deceptive information, harass support staff, attempt unauthorised access or deliberately overload the platform. Upload information or documents only when you have the right to share them and they are relevant to your request.
Access may be restricted when necessary to address suspected misuse, a security incident or a legal requirement. Where practicable and legally permitted, the reason can be discussed with support. An access restriction does not remove rights or obligations that exist under a separate agreement or applicable law.
6. Availability and third-party services
The website may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or an external provider. Market feeds, email delivery and other external services have their own availability limits. If a service is unavailable, use the displayed recovery options or contact support. No uninterrupted-access or response-time guarantee is made in these website terms.
Links to external websites are provided for reference. The information and services on those websites are controlled by their respective operators. CoinCastle branding does not imply that a market-data provider endorses your account or a particular request.
7. Content and your rights
You may use the website’s content as needed to access the workspace and retain your own account records. CoinCastle branding, interface materials and third-party market data remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Do not present copied material as your own service or remove source attribution.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or removes consumer, data-protection or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These website terms do not replace the duties of the operator under an expressly agreed service contract or applicable law.
8. Questions, closure and changes
For questions about these terms, a disputed account record, personal information or an account-closure request, contact the support address below or use the account’s support conversation. Include the relevant reference where possible, but never send passwords, private keys or recovery phrases.
This page displays its revision date. Future revisions apply prospectively, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements. Publishing a revised page does not by itself change previously agreed financial obligations or establish that an existing user has accepted a new service agreement.
